Dismantling the table at the former altar turned out to be quite a task.
And what looked relatively easy turned out to be a huge job. The table was a brick structure that someone planned to use for something very serious. It could have carry a few tonnes of weight. The amount of bricks and mortar used indicated that building materials were very cheap in those days and transportation had to be free.
